Can I delete my history of purchased?

Ompbiz is obliged to keep our customers’ payment and sales records in compliance with the applicable laws, legislation, and/or issuance.

What is the Overseas Products’ estimated delivery time?

The expected delivery time for Overseas Goods is determined based on the source of the product,

Do I still have to pay for the repairs if my item is no longer within the warranty period?

You will be liable for fixing costs, if your service is out of the warranty period. We recommend that you fix the item for better quality services at the warranty center licensed by the manufacturer.

My product is within the warranty period, do I still need to pay for repairs?

If your item is in the warranty period and is damaged by mechanical or electrical equipment, there is no need to think about the cost of fixing. We’re going to cover it.

How do I get my items’ servicing?

You may contact your product store owner directly or send it to its Warranty Center. If you are unaware of the Warranty Center for your product, you can seek Customer Service assistance in obtaining their contact information and location.

How long would it take for my item to be repaired?

We will process your repair request under our supplier if your item is within thewarranty period. Depending on the supplier, it takes about 60 days.

What are the reasons why I cannot use the Cash-On-Delivery payment method?

Reasons why Cash-On-Delivery method of payment is not available

  • COD for the product you are trying to buy may not be available. (Including digital goods such as mobile upgrades and vouchers)
  • Due to GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS (commonly Out of Delivery Zone) COD may not be available for your shipping address.
  • The seller is from abroad and does not allow the payment of COD.
  • Under your account, you may have had several unsuccessful deliveries.
  • The order amount exceeds 50,000.00 PHP.

Why my order was denied due to a risk threat?

Due to the following reasons, an error message may appear:

  1. If the credit/debit card information you provided in the order is not the same. Please make sure that your billing address matches the card billing information you are attempting to use.
  2. If you have your bank’s pending reimbursement request, you will unfortunately not be able to use it as your payment method.

What does it mean Cash-On-Delivery payment?

What is Express Shipping or delivery mean?

This means that the parcel will leave the warehouse ASAP or pick-up site and will be on its way to you via the fastest courier route (usually by air, especially if it is international delivery).

What is Border Transportation Cost?

Border transportation Cost means that a product is a ship from other countries. In short, a product you are ordering is an international product. So in this case, you may be a charge for an additional cost, but do not worry, you will be notified earlier.

How can I be charged for free shipping?

Free shipping charges are computed on their(seller’s) promos depending on the number of packages sent by a seller. Sellers sell this deal with either a minimum purchase price or a minimum purchase rate.

The free Shipping image appears at the price of the item and the name of the item.

What are the charges and rates for shipping?

With OMPBiz Shipping Fee Policy, shipping charges are now calculated at a store-level or seller-level. This means that if you reach the minimum spending set by the seller, you can now get a shipping discount. Note: Minimum investment per store can differ.

Check the product page of the item to see the item’s shipping fee and the seller’s minimum spending requirement to enjoy the shipping discount.

Applicable shipping discount will be deducted from the shipping fee when you reach the minimum expenditure. Nevertheless, additional charges may still occur if the weight of your order reaches 5 kilograms or if your delivery zone is included in the couriers ‘ Out of Delivery Zones (ODZ).

When you do not reach the minimum cost, your order will be paid a shipping fee based on 1 weight of your item(s) and 2 weight of the source of your shipment and seller.

For what are the bulky charges?

Your bulky fee will be used to charge for license fees and insurance that will protect you and your goods from unscrupulous or dangerous situations.

Why my order has been canceled because of delivery failure?

Due to one of the following reasons, attempts to deliver your package may not be successful:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address and/or contact details,
  • At delivery, customer and/or approved representative will not be available,
  • The recipient at the shipping address is unknown,
  • Not ready for the payment
  • Failure to collect the package within the collection period of 5 days (for Collection Point orders)

Notice!
If your order has been marked as Failed Delivery, it can no longer be redelivered as it is returned to the vendor already. When your item(s) are successfully returned to the seller, your refund will be processed.

In some cases, if our partner courier detects problems with the package you ordered, it may be tagged as failed delivery without a delivery attempt due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect packaging by the retailer that may result in transit damage
  • The item is easily distinguished from your order (e.g. an order is a Television but the parcel is too small).
  • Broken packaging (e.g. leakage, dents, etc.)
  • Inaccurate shipping address or lack of significant details

Are there any domestic zones OMPBiz does not cater for delivery?

OMPBiz Philippines can deliver products from all areas of service. Nevertheless, some geographical constraints still exist. If our couriers are unable to deliver to your area, we will inform you immediately after you place your order by calling.

We deliver within 7 business days after the completion of the full payment for orders within Metro Manila. Except for some remote areas, we deliver within 12 business days for orders outside Metro Manila.

What should I do when I don’t receive the status of my order?

Make sure to check if any of your family members, guard/receptionist or neighbors received your order for you on your behalf AND double-check the delivery address you submitted in your order.

You can also search the receiver’s signature for the delivery notice you got on your phone. Try following the guide provided step-by-step.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can put various shipping and delivery addresses on our website.

When you decide whether your default shipping or billing address will be these addresses.

When I am getting my delayed order?

Unfortunately, there may be delays due to:

  • Completion of late sales
  • High order volume

Is the package will arrive in my address even I am not home?

Yes of course!

For Orders of COD, you can mention the arrival, order information and the amount payable for the order to your approved representative.

For Orders by Prepaid, a letter of approval and a copy of your valid ID can be sent to your representative to request your transaction on your behalf. A valid ID should also be issued by your approved representative upon delivery for identification proof.

 

Is it possible for me to pick up orders in the OMPBiz office?

OMPBiz is not currently offering this option. You can check on our delivery options here.

Is it possible to have multiple order then deliver them to different addresses?

At present, if they are part of the same order, we do not offer to send different items to different addresses.

If you want your orders to be shipped to different addresses, we will recommend placing different orders (products should be placed together in 1 order to be delivered to the same shipping address).

Is it possible for me to get a call before the delivery time?

Yes of course! When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS alert and our rider will contact you by call or SMS on arrival at your address.

Can OMPBiz ship my order in my workplace?

Yes of course! OMPBiz will ship your orders at the address you provided during checkout, whether it is the address of your home or office.

Please note that when you have placed and verified your order, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery confirmation provided in that order.

Why my orders are delivered separately?

As soon as they are made available, we ship each of your items. Through separate shipments, orders of items purchased from different vendors will arrive.

With our order tracking app, we encourage you to check the status of your products.

Why my orders delivered through the sea?

Regarding deliveries of high-capacity powered products (i.e. battery bank) and liquid-content products (i.e. perfume, ink cartridges) for shipment to the Visayas or in Mindanao regions, items will be transported by sea due to restrictions on aviation/airline. In addition to the expected delivery date, please expect an additional 15 days.

When I can receive my orders if I already receive an email message that says the product was already shipped?

Subject to the availability of the assigned courier, your package will be out for delivery within the next 24 hours after shipping. Within the estimated delivery time provided on the email notification you received, you should receive your order once your item is shipped.

Please be aware that shipments may take between 20 and 30 calendar days (except for Sundays and holidays) for imported goods. On its product page, you can find the estimated delivery time for each product.

I have ordered many items, but I have received only one piece, where are the other products?

If you purchase multiple products under a single order number from different sellers, we may deliver your items in separate shipments. Each product in your order will be delivered as soon as the seller packs it and prepares it.

Check the estimated delivery time frame included in your ‘ Order Being Processed ‘ notice to know if your orders will be delivered together or separately.

 

I have ordered many products, but why have I only received one email and a tracking number?

We send a notification once you have placed an order if multiple items are included in your order. In your order that is shipped or out for delivery, you will also receive one notification for each item.

What are the products available at Collection Point to pick-up?

Package has criteria for eligibility depending on the item’s size and category. This will be measured automatically and display “Collection Point” as an option when checking out for your order.

Is it possible to cancel my Collection Point Orders?

No. After your package has been shipped, you are not allowed to cancel it. If you do not receive your shipment within 3 days of entering the Collection Point Station, we will refund your order once the package returns to its source.

Is it possible to change my station at Collection Point?

Yes, if you have not placed your order simply click on the “Collection Point” card to select your preferred station again.

But, if you have already put your order, it is unfortunately not possible to change your Collection Point station at this time.

Is it possible to refuse the collection of damage looks products?

Yes, and you should inform us immediately so we can process your refunds.

No. Sorry but you can only open your package when you decided to accept the delivery by signing the proof of delivery (may or may not be electronically)

When should I pick up the Collection Point Packages?

You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) to collect your package within 5 days after the package arrives at the Collection Point station. We’re going to inform you through SMS, email and OMPBiz Application.

Is it possible that the method of refund be changed?

Non-Cash on Delivery payments can only be reimbursed by reversal of fee. It is possible to withdraw refunds issued through the OMPBiz wallet like cash.

Is it possible to reuse the voucher that I have used to cancel an order?

Vouchers are reinstated automatically if they remain within the validity period after the cancelation of the ENTIRE order.

Oh No! I have the wrong refund amount received

Any rebates used for Wallet will automatically be credited back to your Wallet, but will not appear in your report on the refunded amount.

 

This may be due to the buyer encoding the wrong amount of refund for Returns Direct to Merchants.

 

What are the different kinds of refunds?

  • Order Cancelled Refund

– The refund is automatically triggered after the successful
processing of cancellation.

  • Returns Refund

– A refund shall be issued upon acceptance of the Return Application.

  • Failed Delivery Refund

– The process of reimbursement starts after effective cancellation.

(Failed Deliveries are canceled ONLY after it reaches the package source.)

How long am I going to get my refunds?

The reimbursement process starts after the performance evaluation
of your returned item has been completed. The process begins at the warehouse as soon as the product is received. This usually takes 48
hours to complete but can be extended. If the process requires more
time, an email will be sent.

Customers who have demanded a refund should expect to receive
the refund within the following periods:

  • For cards holders( credit and master cards), it will take
    45 business days
  • For Paymaya- it will take 1-3 days
  • Cash On Delivery- All COD reversals are reimbursed
    by OMPBiz Wallet. It takes 1 to 2 days to reimburse

The process of refund or reimbursement begins after we have
completed your returned product’s quality assessment. This
process begins as soon as our warehouse receives the item.
This usually takes 48 hours to complete, but it can be extended.
If it takes a longer time, an email or SMS will be sent to you.

Please note that replacement is applicable only under the seller’s
agreement.

When can my refunds be processed?

Refunds can be processed when there is :

  • Order Cancellation

Your reimbursement will be processed immediately after your order has been successfully canceled.

  • Order Returns

Your reimbursement will be processed immediately after your return request has been approved by the seller (for Return to Seller) – Refund shall be issued upon acceptance of the Return Application.

  • A Failed Delivery of item occurs which leads to cancelation

Your refund will be issued directly after the product is returned to the vendor. Please note that depending on the area of your delivery address this may take longer.

What does it mean by Store Credit?

A Store Credit is a special code that is worth the value of the item you ordered. It is as good as cash and can be used to purchase any items sold in OMPBiz on a one-time basis. It has the validity of 1 year and, if unused, it can be extended only once. Any unused store credit that has reached its period of validity will be
deemed invalid.

It’s like using a voucher code to use store credit. Only enter the code before putting your order at the checkout. You will then deduct the value of your Store Credit from the total value of your order.

How much can I reimbursed if I buy products with a voucher?

We will reimburse you for the amount you paid for the item if you used a voucher for your purchase. We will provide you with a replacement voucher with the same value as the original voucher if your order is canceled by OMPBiz.

The amount to be reimbursed for items purchased on sale will be the exact amount paid and not the original value. For example,if you purchased an item on sale for some 900 and its original value was 1.800, we’ll reimburse you for same 900.

Are you offering replacements?

Sorry, but we do not offer a replacement. The reason is we are making sure you only get good quality products in which it is one of our top priorities. If the item you received is of low quality or your expectations are not met, other stocks of this item may be of the same quality. We wouldn’t want an item to be less than
satisfactory to be re-delivered.

Instead, we strongly suggest you use your refund to buy another item. Unlike replacements, refunds will be processed immediately upon your return request being approved. You can choose to buy from the same vendor or try other vendors offering similar products. You can also choose from our platform among the other things we sell.

What am I supposed to do, if the balance of my refund is
not enough to be available for purchase?

The balance of your refund coupon is most likely frozen. This occurs when you make an application for withdrawal (see FAQ for withdrawals). Although your application for withdrawal is being processed by OMPBiz, you cannot use this balance for anything else.

What is LBC’s approved ID’s?
